Registration legal practice areas

The attorneys-at-law of TREBLE have registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal areas:

Freek Haerkens:

• Company law (Mergers and acquisitions, Companies, Agency and distribution, Directors’ liability, Associations and foundations)
• ICT- law (Privacy law)

Natascha Linssen:

• Economic Regulation (Competition Law and Telecommunications Law)
• Administrative Law (Administrative Procedural Law, European Law and Enforcement Law)

Based on this registration, they are required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
